Siaha, 7 September 2023 (Marasaw.com): Shri M. Laikaw, Chief Executive Member, Mara Autonomous District Council (MADC) inaugurated KPT (Kaochao, Phura, and Tôkalô) road constructed by Border Roads Organisation (BRO) by unit of 71 RCC/ 24 BRTF under the aegis of Project Pushpak. It is a Class 9 NHSL (National Highway Single Lane) specification road connecting Kaochao village and Tôkalô through Phura Village, Mizoram, India.
The Chief Executive Member of MADC was accompanied by Shri T. Seido, an Executive Member, who is in charge of S&Y, SWD, etc., MADC, and Shri C. Chehnei, the Deputy Chairman of MADC.
